Climate Change Knowledge Hub

A knowledge hub web portal has been developed for National Assembly Standing Committee on Climate Change in collaboration with Westminster Foundation for Democracy. The hub is an interactive web platform to connect thematic experts, academia, think tanks and civil society with parliament for evidence-based legislation and oversight. A well digitized mechanism is developed for strengthening a culture of transparency, openness, inclusion and partnership among Parliament, government and civil society institutions for better legislation on climate change.

A digital national coordination forum also integrated on the web portal that provides one window for climate change related legislation, policies, NEQs, projects, international commitments, news and reports.

To achieve Pakistan’s international commitments of SDGs global agenda 2030, a dashboard has been developed for SDGs Secretariat of Pakistan Parliament. In order to identify and analyse SDGs gaps to further legislative interventions, a digital dashboard containing legislative mapping on each goal has been developed

Women Issues in Focus (Web Portal)

A web portal has been developed for Women’s Parliamentary Caucus (WPC) of Pakistan Parliament. The portal has state of the art web site with one window information for women related laws, policies, international commitments, and services. The portal also has separate dashboard for person with disabilities containing all the information related to PWDs on national and provincial level.

With aim of promoting inclusion of marginalized groups (women, transgenders and PWDs) the web portal is integrated with accessibility tools, chatbots, digital petition system, and social media connections. With one click system the marginalized groups can connect with their member parliaments.
