Anthro Insights under its Fempower program had a one-day introductory workshop on PLS for Secretariat Staff of four provincial Assemblies, the National Assembly and the Senate on December 6, 2022, at Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Studies (PIPS). The main objectives of this capacity-building workshop were as follows:
- Familiarize Federal and Provincial Secretariat Staff with key concepts, processes, and utility of PLS.
- Encourage Secretariat Staff to incorporate PLS as a mandatory parliamentary practice for new laws/amendments.
Anthro Insights oriented a total of 22 Secretariat Staff members from Senate, National and Provincial Assemblies participated in the workshop
